HD 6143 Cucina Fryer

Deep fryer with 1250g chips capacity, removable multi-layer filter, adjustable thermostat, Cool Zone, Cool Wall, Rise & Fall basket, removable inner bowl with non-stick coating, viewing window and dishwasher-proof components.

This fryer has a removable bowl and a removable, dishwasher-proof filter. Most components are dishwasher-proof. The outside of the fryer remains cool to the touch during frying. With the adjustable thermostat the temperature can be set between 150°C-190°C. The Cool Zone keeps oil or fat fresh for longer. With the Rise & Fall handle you can lift the basket to drip-out position and check on your food without having to open the lid.

Removable inner bowl
The non-stick coated inner bowl can be taken out of the fryer completely, making it easy to clean.

Dishwasher-proof
All parts except for the control panel with attached heating element can be put in the dishwasher or cleaned in hot soapy water.

The outside of the fryer remains cool to the touch during frying.

Viewing window
The viewing window enables you to check on your food during frying.

Oil container
The separate oil container can be used for filtering and storing used oil.
