The Epson EPL-5700L is the ideal laser printing solution for the PC or Mac user in the home or small office, offering high speed black and white laser printing at speeds up to 8PPM. Advanced technologies such as Epson RITech which produces crisp and sharp text output, and Epson Microgray 1200 for high quality images, ensures exceptionally high quality 1200 dpi class output for professional quality business documentation. The EPL-5700L features a specially developed Epson controller with the choice of easy connection via a standard USB or parallel interface. Paper handling features include a built-in 150 Sheet Multi-Purpose tray capable of printing on plain or recycled paper sizes up to A4 and a single sheet Manual Feed tray which allows printing on a variety of other stock such as envelopes and card. An optional 500 sheet paper cassette can be specified to increase the total paper capacity to 650 sheets. Paper output is either a standard 100 sheet face down paper tray or 20 sheet face up tray. The printer is supplied with pre-installed consumables which are easy to replace consisting of a long life toner cartridge (6000 pages at 5%) and Photo Conductor drum (20,000 pages) which ensures low running costs An easy to use and highly intuitive advanced Epson Printer driver ensures that the printer can be used with the minimum of fuss, while Epson Status Monitor 3 provides an easily used display of information such as the amount of paper and toner available.
